Norrie was friendly, approachable and incredibly easy to deal with throughout the whole process. He was always easy to contact, responsive to emails and happy to take our calls and answer the many questions we had along the way. He took the time to clearly explain the different types of loans and our options, which made the whole refinancing process much easier to understand.
