Loretta AndersonWe recently worked with Norrie Wirihana from The Saving Centre to refinance our home loan and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Norrie was friendly, approachable and incredibly easy to deal with throughout the whole process. He was always easy to contact, responsive to emails and happy to take our calls and answer the many questions we had along the way. He took the time to clearly explain the different types of loans and our options, which made the whole refinancing process much easier to understand. Norrie also took the time to understand our longer-term financial goals, particularly our plans for retirement, and referred us to other services that could assist us in working towards those goals. Most importantly, he secured us a great deal and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Norrie to anyone looking to refinance or wanting someone who will genuinely take the time to help them understand their options.Posted on Google
