Kylie is a highly experienced finance professional with over a decade of expertise across lending, compliance, and business operations. She began her career on the ASIC Help Desk in 2010, building a strong regulatory foundation before progressing through operational and advisory roles in the mortgage and financial services sector. Holding a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, Certificate IV in Financial Services, and Certificate III in Business Administration, Kylie has developed a broad skill set across loan processing, settlements, brokerage, and office management. She became a qualified Mortgage Broker in 2018 and joined TSC Mortgage Brokers in 2019.
As a Senior Broker and Business Operations Manager, Kylie is known for her client-first approach and ability to simplify complex financial concepts. She is committed to educating and empowering clients to achieve their property and long-term financial goals, while also overseeing the efficient and compliant operation of the business. Through strong leadership, best-practice processes, and a consistently high standard of service, Kylie helps ensure positive outcomes for both clients and the organisation.
Outside of work you’ll find her camping at the beach, in the bush, playing music or cooking up a storm (at least trying to!). Kylie is our go-to for a great music playlist at any work function.
